The Standard Course of Italian
language and culture (100 hours)
It’s an intensive course of 25
hours per week
that runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm
for a total of 100 hours (one month).
In
order to make the study of the Italian language more customized, some
individual lessons can be added to the standard course.
We
think that this course allows the students to acquire the 4 language
skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) and the development
of a "fifth skill" that will make the student able to understand
the non-verbal language and the communication codes in Italy through
topics related to various aspects of Italian culture, lifestyle and way
of being.
In
order to achieve this objective, the course includes the participation
of a teacher with specific learning tasks and the use of following

journey in Pesaro and surroundings, in special cultural
interest places.
The
teaching methodology is based on the stimulus to learn through direct
communication between teacher and student, taking into account the age,
the cultural background and objectives of the student.
The
course aims to gradually achieve the language skills of comprehension,
expression, reading and writing, and deepening of the historical and
artistic aspects through city visits with the teacher and tutor.
The
Italian language has taught using traditional teaching materials and
through activities such as games, discussions and educational tools
such as songs and videos.
Depending
on the level of the course, topics have dealt with reading of simple or
complex texts and newspapers also about design issues; in this way the
access for the students to Italian culture and society will be easier,
and it facilitate its participation in the daily life and in the course
of design.
